Biography
Mr. Lyuben Petrov Tatarski was born on May 29, 1958 in the town of Razlog, Bulgaria. He is married and has two sons. He has graduated the University of Chemical Technology in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1983, as “…”. He has finished two postgraduate studies: the first one – “…” in the Technical University in Sofia during the period 1995-1996, and the second – “…” in the ERASMUS University - Rotterdam, The Netherlands in 1997.
Mr. Tatarski speaks English and Russian.

- Engineer in Magnetic Heads Company 1983-1985
- Chief of Production Department 1985-1987
- Vice Director - Production 1987-1990

- Secretary General-Municipality of Razlog 1991-1995
- Executive Director of Agency for local economic development 1996-1999
- Manager of Business Center “MESTA”- Razlog 1996-1999
- Mayor of Razlog Municipality 1999 – now

During the period 1992-2000 Mr. Tatarski has participated in the development and coordination of the following international projects:

- KHF, Project PREST, coordinator on behalf of the Municipality

coordinator on behalf of the Municipality

- ILO/UNDP Project for establishment of the “Business Center for
